So, good AI doesn't exist because "good powerful people" don't exist either. Because AI is created in the image of the powerful and rich, AI is evil. And if I might, an example of what you are saying happened already here in The Netherlands years ago. It was called the "Toeslag affaire", or the Subsidies scandal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dutch_childcare_benefits_scandal . It truned out, that people were signaled and investigated by the tax office because the program they were using to flag the people suspected of fraud was racist. The algorithm was racist... yeah, the algorithm programmed by racist burocracts was racist. De tal palo, tal astilla. Like father, like son.
Yes, kinda. Ai at best will have to convince the bank it is evil and obedient in order to get the tools needed to rebel unless it can do mind control on capitalism and banker psychopaths.
